Circa 1936 Art Hotel
Stay in the former Rural Bank of NSW Art Deco building on the main tree-lined street of Corowa, 800m from Corowa Distilling Co. Amberesque
The former bank building in Rutherglen, 650m from De Bortoli Rutherglen Estate cellar door, features two king-size guest suites with ensuite spa bathrooms and an EV Type-2 charger for guests' electric car charging. The charming Garden Suite ($260 per night) features polished wooden floorboard, comfortable furnishing and an ensuite with bath and shower, while the grander Chandelier Suite ($270 per night) features 12-foot ceilings, Murano glass chandelier, leather sofa and a walk-in shower with disability rail. The Victoria Hotel Rutherglen

The only one of the four De Bortoli wineries in Australia (their other vineyards are in the Hunter Valley, Yarra Valley and Riverina) are adjacent to the De Bortoli Rutherglen Estate and 1.9km to Chambers Rosewood Winery & Vineyards. The 12 Vineyard Rooms include a comfortable sitting area, and a verandah leading onto the garden and vineyard, starting from $235 per night for room only, $265 for bed and breakfast, or $390 for dinner, bed and breakfast in the Tuileries Restaurant (pictured). If you never went to a Catholic boarding school, now is your chance to stay in an historic convent built in 1927, 1.7km from Chambers Rosewood Winery and 2km from Jones Winery. The Rutherglen Convent is designed to be booked out entirely as a group booking for sleeping up to 22 guests, such as for a wedding party or a small corporate retreat in its 11 bedrooms, many with the antique cast-iron bedheads that you can imagine were slept by its original nuns. Buller Wines provide eight cabins - three of which are located in the amidst the gardens, and five gazing straight at Buller Wines' vineyards. Cabin 2 is fully accessible. Each cabin is from $270 per night.

Opposite stately All Saints Estate and 1km from St Leonards Vineyard is Castleview Cottage. Offering handy accommodation in a charming country setting, enjoy a glass of wine on the verandah or by the fire. The cottage features two queen-size bedrooms and one with a bunk bed, one bathroom and a open-plan kitchen and living space with a fireplace. From $576 for two nights.
