Designed and hosted by Sharon Winsor, local Ngemba Weilwan woman and owner of Indigiearth, Go Grazing invites guests to experience the unique flavours of Indigenous dishes paired with locally produced wines.
You'll savour a carefully curated degustation menu of different flavours and ingredients from across the country, including crocodile and emu meat, quandong fruit, fried saltbush, crispy saltbush leaves and native seaweed.
The incredible menu pays homage to Sharon’s Aboriginal culture and heritage while showcasing the region’s sustainably-harvested ingredients.
The event takes place 6-9pm, Saturday 16 September at Craigmoor Wines, 815 Craigmoor Rd, Eurunderee.
The ticket price includes return bus transfer from and to Mudgee Region Tourist Information Centre or St Matthew's School.
