
The Cellar Kitchen at Novotel Barossa Valley Resort in the Barossa region is helping you celebrate International Syrah Day on Friday 16 February 2024.
First up is the Wine Tasting in the Tasting Room from 5.00-6.00pm where the team will highlight a series of Barossa Shiraz (aka Syrah), followed by your choice of two tantalising main dishes, paired with an exceptional Shiraz.
Tempt your tastebuds with beef Wellington with Syrah jus and watercress paired with Charles Melton 2021 Father in Law Shiraz or roasted fillet of mulloway, braised lentils and beurre rouge paired with Tomfoolery 2022 Young Blood Shiraz.
The evening runs from 5.00-9.00pm, Friday 16 February 2024.
