Effervescence Tasmania presents an exclusive exhibition of the Apple Isle's finest sparkling wine producers from 8-10 November 2024 in the Tamar Valley region.

Effervescence Gala Dinner, Josef Chromy
Dress up for a black tie, 5-course dinner with matched wines, joining winemakers and wine industry figures tasting exquisite food from Josef Chromy's hatted restaurant along with rare wines from the winery cellar's collection. $275 per person.

Effervescence at Timbre, Timbre Kitchens at Velo Wines
Chef Matt Adams and special guest senior winemaker at Chandon Australia, Loic de Calvez are hosting a special night full of great food, fizz and fire. $190 per person.

10.00am-5.00pm, Saturday 9 November
Effervescence VIP Experience, Josef Chromy
This incredible luxury package begins with brunch, early entry to the Grand Tasting to chat with winemakers and access to the VIP Pavilion, a two-course lunch at Josef Chromy restaurant with wines selected by host Cassandra Charlick, and then joining Huon Hooke and Loic de Calvez for the International Masterclass. $350 per person.

Effervescence Grand Tasting, Josef Chromy
Enjoy a gorgeous lakeside picnic, sampling blanc de blancs, sparkling roses and brut from one of Tasmania's finest wineries. Purchase snacks onsite and take advantage of the bus transfer from Launceston. $45 per person.

Effervescence Masterclass, Josef Chromy
Discover the world of sparkling wine, guided by experts Huon Hooke and host Loic de Calvez. Book the Tasmanian Masterclass ($120 per person), International Masterclass ($145 per person) or the Complete Masterclass ($225 per person).

Bubbles & Beats, Josef Chromy
It's time to party with DJ Hugo Bladel whose electric shows secured him support acts for The Presets and Angus & Julia Stone, and mainstage slots at The Falls Festival, Australian Open, Wine Machine and Party in the Paddock. Snack on tasty bites from Josef Chromy and more sparkling. $40 per person.

Arras Masterclass and Vineyard Tour, House of Arras
Discover the 30-year history of the House of Arras which is Australia's most awarded sparkling wine label. Go on a vineyard tour where you'll taste specially matured cheese accompanied by one of their signature EJ Carr Late Disgorged wines. $120 per person.

Let's Jansz!, Jansz Tasmania
Enjoy a day of live music, fresh oysters, cheese and produce platters, with a glass or two of Jansz sparkling wine. $40 per person.

Bellebonne at Evenfall: A Lunch to Remember, Bellebonne Wine
Take an exclusive behind-the-scenes winery tour followed by a degustation 6-course lunch in the Evenfall Dining Room. Be the first to experience the launch of the Bis NV Blanc straight from the barrel. $310 per person.

Tassie Tides Sparkling Lunch, Small Wonder
Sample fresh oysters on arrival and a three-course lunch paired with Small Wonder's trophy-winning wine, the 2021 Small Blanc de Blancs and the 2021 Blanc de Noirs. $200 per person.
